At Chocolate Galley, we pride ourselves in processing your orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to ensure our freshly made artisan chocolates are dispatched and on their way to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. We also take great care when packaging your order to ensure your chocolates stay protected in transit.

UK Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, however we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out with our control (courier delays, etc). If there are any unexpected delays with your order, our friendly customer service team will be in touch to notify you of the delay.

Royal Mail First Class (2-3 days) – £3.95
Guaranteed Next Day (order before 1pm) – £8.95
Outside UK Delivery Information
At Chocolate Galley, we ship our chocolates internationally! Delivery outside the UK is made by courier airmail, and we suggest allowing up to 14 working days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for the payment of any local customs duties. Please take this into account when purchasing. Unfortunately due to customs regulations*, we are unable to deliver to Mexico. See Perishable Items guidelines below for more information.
Due to the nature of our products, please consider carefully when placing orders in hot weather (25 degrees C or more) as we are unable to accept responsibility for damage after dispatch.
Order Cancellation and Goods Return
We aim to provide you with all the information you need to make a fully informed decision when you make a purchase from Chocolate Galley. We are very happy to help resolve any issues that you may have.
Right to Cancel
When you order goods on-line you have the right to cancel the contract at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to give a reason.
We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email without delay.
Return of Goods
If we have asked you to return the goods, you must do so without undue delay. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation.
Cost of Return
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will normally ask you to return the goods using the same method by which you received them.
This may be collection by courier and you must make the goods available for collection.
If you are not satisfied with a product after 14 days, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01823 128564 immediately.
All deliveries must be inspected before signing for receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate any future claim. If there are any signs of damage to the delivery then you must sign as ‘Damaged’.
In the event that you receive and retain goods which have been damaged in transit please repackage them immediately and notify us within seven working days from the day after you receive delivery.
